IS single-stage water centrifugal pump Features:
1. IS single-stage water centrifugal pump system is designed according to the performance and size specified in standard ISO2858, mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, seal ring, shaft sleeve and suspension bearing.
2. The pump body and pump cover of the IS type single-stage water centrifugal pump are divided from the back of the impeller, that is, the commonly referred to as the rear door structure. Its advantage is convenient maintenance, maintenance does not move the pump body, suction pipe, discharge pipe and motor, just remove the middle coupling of the extension coupling, you can exit the rotor part for maintenance.
3, IS type single-stage water centrifugal pump housing (that is, pump body and pump cover) constitute the pump studio. Impeller, shaft and rolling bearing are the rotor of the pump. The suspension bearing component supports the rotor part of the pump, and the rolling bearing is subject to the radial and axial forces of the pump.
4, IS type single-stage water centrifugal pump in order to balance the axial force of the pump, most of the impeller before and after are provided with a seal ring, and the impeller back cover is provided with a balance hole, because some pump axial force is not large, the impeller back without a seal ring and balance hole.
5, IS type single-stage water centrifugal pump axial sealing ring is composed of packing gland, packing ring and packing, etc., to prevent air intake or a lot of water leakage. If the impeller of the pump is balanced, the cavity with soft packing is communicated with the inlet of the impeller. If the liquid at the inlet of the impeller is in a vacuum, it is easy to intake air along the surface of the shaft sleeve. Therefore, the packing ring is installed in the packing chamber through the small hole on the pump cover, and the pressure water in the clean water centrifugal pump is led to the packing ring for sealing. If the impeller of the pump does not have a balance hole, because the liquid pressure on the back of the impeller is greater than atmospheric pressure, there is no air leakage problem, so the packing ring is not installed.
6. In order to avoid shaft wear, the single-stage clean water centrifugal pump is equipped with shaft sleeve protection at the part of the shaft through the packing chamber. There must be an O-ring between the shaft sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or water leakage along the mating surface.
7. The transmission mode of single-stage water centrifugal pump is connected with the motor by extending the elastic coupling. The rotation direction of the pump, from the driving end, rotates in the clockwise direction.
