Operation inspection: pipeline pump in the power frequency (frequency conversion) normal operation, should regularly check and record the pump group ammeter, voltmeter, inlet and outlet vacuum meter, pressure gauge and flow meter and other meter readings. The vibration, noise and temperature rise of the unit are normal. There should be no obvious jet oil leakage at shaft seal.
There are always problems in the use of the machine, but as long as good use and maintenance can ensure the best performance of the machine, in order to ensure the normal supply of oil, the normal use and rapid maintenance of pipeline pump has become the most important task of oil depot equipment management.
Use the point
1, test work: check whether the connector is loose; Use the hand disk coupling to make the rotor turn a number of circles, to see whether the rotation of the unit is flexible, whether there is sound and weight uneven feeling, to judge whether there is foreign body in the pump or shaft bending, sealing installation is not correct; Check whether the clean 20 lubricating oil in the sealing cavity is filled in the space of 1/2 cavity; Pump unit surface is clean; Unit steering no-load test.
2, manual start: irrigation pump (for the first time), slightly open the outlet valve, start the motor, pressure rise and confirm that the pump group smooth operation gradually open the outlet valve to the requirements of the working condition.
3, operation inspection: pipeline pump in the normal operation of power frequency, should regularly check and record the pump group ammeter, voltmeter, inlet and outlet vacuum meter, pressure gauge and flow meter and other instrument readings, the vibration, noise, temperature rise of the unit is normal, there should be no obvious jet oil leakage at the shaft seal.
4, normal stop: close discharge valve, so that the pump light load, stop the motor.
